  • Handle Purchase Requisition, issue Purchase Order to suppliers, and follow up supplier's acknowledgment.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on the committed date.
  • Check all the delivery orders, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, to ensure the rate and quantities tally with PO issued.
  • Practice and implement in accordance with the requirement of ISO Standard.
  • Ensure all records & documentation are accurate, uptodate & filed.
  • Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs
  • Update internal databases (ERP)
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the management when required and/or deemed necessary.
Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • High integrity, good communication, time management and negotiation skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Mahkota Banting, Selangor.

Salary:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
