Requirement
  • Professional Certification as A4 Chargeman issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • At least 5 years' experience in Hotel, Property or Facility Management
  • Strong knowledge of high rise building & facility MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
  • Experience coaching and leading chargeman's and technician's
  • Experience in developing safety standards & emergency response plan (ERP)
  • Experience in developing checklist for MEP systems
  • Expertise in Energy Management an added advantage
  • Ability to conduct detailed review of MEP drawings Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure site's compliance to all relevant legislation under various authorities such as ST, Bomba, DOE, JKKP etc
  • Implement and maintain highest safety procedures and standards for all sites
  • Develop emergency response plan (ERP) for all sites
  • Prepare fire evacuation plan and conduct fire drill for staffs and clients
  • Develop checklist for each of the MEP systems
  • Implement comprehensive maintenance plan for each MEP system
  • Responsible for timely renewal of all licences for site's
  • Responsible to ensure as built MEP drawings tallies with onsite.
Ensure all discrepancies and recorded and lodged to relevant party. - Develop expertise in energy management and lead in energy saving measure for sites - Responsible for MEP KPI's
