Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set account, taxation form, audit report and company secretary.
  • Assist in corporate secretarial tasks such as preparing resolutions, managing statutory filings, and maintaining company registers.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting system (UBS)
  • Good analytical skills, pleasant personality and a team player.
  • Discipline, truthful, dedicated, and able work independently with minimum Supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Can work with team and responsibility under pressure.
  • Can communicate well with clients.
  • Working location will be based at Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
