Job Description**
Responsibilities:
  • To perform site coordination and supervision to ensure that the works carried out by contractors are according to contract specifications, approved method statements, authority requirements and good engineering practice.
  • To monitor work in progress, inspect and check for compliance and quality.
  • To report nonconforming matters found during inspection and follow up with contractor on remedial works to be done.
  • Liaison with consultants and contractors to resolve project coordination issues.
  • Involve in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, and compiling list of outstanding works and defects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or any relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 35 years and above of working experience in building services and construction industry.
  • Must be familiar with MEP Services, for example ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV and etc.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCad would be advantageous.
  • Initiative, independent and responsible to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Able to work for six (6) working days, with extra working hours when necessary.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
