Account Executive

Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia Nai Management Services Sdn Bhd Full time
1) Handle and in-charge of full sets of account up to balance sheet

2) Preparation of monthly general ledger journals for accounts closing

3) Ensure that all daily accounting entries receipts, payment voucher, invoicing are correctly updated into the accounting system

4) Providing accounting assistance to external auditors and tax agents on the annual audit and income tax matters

5) Maintenance and operation of the computerized accounting system (MYOB), including chart of accounts, SST codes and year end closing

6) Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements

7) Preparation of monthly cash book, cash flow reports and Profit and Loss Report

8) Preparation of sales and debtors report

9) Handle payroll / epf / socso / eis / pcb

10) Ensure timely preparation and online submission of SST is ontime

11) Proper filing of accounts and administration files

12) Administration files and any ad-hoc duties as an account executive

REQUIREMENT:
Related experience in administration or basic accounting

Fresh graduates are welcome

Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words

Willing to work at Bandar Baru Bangi (Office Location)

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
