Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure shelves and displays are adequately stocked and organized
  • Assist in packing and fulfilling online orders in a timely manner
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload goods, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service to walkin customers, addressing inquiries and processing transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing between 12 to 25 kilograms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
