About the role

The Whole School Counsellor plays a vital role in providing professional counselling services to students, staff, and families, promoting overall well-being and academic success. This position requires expertise in socio-emotional development, crisis intervention, and collaborative problem-solving. The WSC collaborates with various stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to personal growth.

Qualifications: Post-graduate/master's degree in School Counselling or related field (Clinical/Educational/Child Psychology, Psychotherapy)

With a university degree in your specialized area, a teaching qualification, and substantial teaching experience, you should be open to feedback, eager for change, and willing to share best practices with colleagues.

As a school representative, you must innovate ways to engage students and parents with the broader school and Nord Anglia Education community. Your motivation, communication skills, and ability to meet visa requirements for Malaysia are essential.
