Land Surveyor

Job Responsibility Responsible for all survey work at site. To liaise and coordinate among contractors and consultants to ensure accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculation. Provide survey reports and liaise with the local authority / registered land surveyor. Prepare survey as built drawings, record survey related data, construction setting out, leveling etc. Monitor and Co-ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness. Assist in measurement exercises at site.

Able to operate major brands of survey equipment (Total station & Auto level) Liaise with authorities, clients and consultants regarding survey related work.

Using GPS systems, theodolites, and total stations to measure distances and angles. Gathering data, taking precise measurements and entering data into computers for analysis and interpretation. Resolving discrepancies in blueprints, maps, and other data sets. Ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations. Communicating effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and findings.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Earthworks, Infrastructure and Highway Full scope of pre & post in a similar capacity, preferably in infrastructure construction Able to take instructions and work independently under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.

Strong time management and communication skills Organized, analytical, meticulous with positive working attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad or other related software Good in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
