JOB DESCRIPTION:

To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery.
To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in Purchase Order.
To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification.
To carry out price review activities for goods purchased.
To generate Purchase Order & related correspondences.
Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items.
To monitor the inventory and delivery status.
To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field
Good presentation & communication skills.
Aggressive and selfmotivated personality and able work independently in a fastpace environment.
Must be computer literate.
Possess own transport
1 full time position at SENAI, Johor
Able to start work immediately / having experiences in steel industries will be an added advantage.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
