  • Friday (96pm)

Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating leads and sales.
  • Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and interests.
  • Explain and promote our products/services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential customers.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
  • Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and feedback.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
