Assist to receive, inspect and put away to appropriate storage for all incoming shipment including fresh order from supplier and goods return from customer.


  • Assist to ensure products are stored in accordance to required storage condition.
  • Assist to pick, check and pack according to Delivery Order. Special delivery instruction listed on DO shall be followed accordingly.
  • Assist to handle Non-Conforming Goods eg. damaged, expired and recalled.
  • Assist to ensure orders are fulfilled and achieved within KPI target. Orders include MDA labelling, spinning and repacking are performed according to requirement.
  • Participate in scheduled stock take including cycle count and adhoc count.
  • Report any incident to immediate superior eg. stock discrepancy, stock damage, etc.
  • Ensure continual compliance to safety guideline, 5S, ISO & GDPMD requirement at all times.
  • Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the warehouse manager.

Skill required:

Minimum SPM or with more than 1 year related field experience

  • Ability to perform task without supervision.
  • Understanding of process flow.
  • Ability to identify problem and potential problem.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
