  • Responsible for daily operational duty of Ultra Pure Water as well as supporting Haswaste/Industrial Waste Systems, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
  • Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility in hazwaste and water treatment.
  • Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties in UPW as well as Hazwaste and IWS as per instructed.
  • Daily checklist, regeneration, pump service, mixer service, lab sampling, filter press activity, hazwaste management and disposal and other water treatment related duties as arranged by engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Willing to work 12 hours rotating day/night shift schedule in a clean room environment
  • Position is based in Penang
