Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's and/or master's degree in any discipline preferably social science
  • Preferable at least 1 year call center / BPO experience
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Language proficiency in English (B2)
  • Native Speaker of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin (If language support is required)
  • Communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Passionate in gaming
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Selflearner interested in both the how and the why
  • Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions
  • Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes without being blinkered by them

Preferred:

  • Email and live chat support experience
  • Experience in online advertising at a major media agency or publisher
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred
  • Presales experience; able to deliver product value proposition
  • Experience working in and with a global organization
