• Maintenance and preparation task For JDOC Implementation
• Support and execute the JDOC Implementation related task from Project Team
• 3. Improvement on the current Disk Disposal process covering physical degaussing for SSD as per Cisco requirements.
• 4. Continue followup on Windows 7 migration solution (others than HW replacement option as it's required huge investment)
• 5. Improvement on the Cisco Employee Transfer automated process
• Remediation on PEN002/8 Device Compliance.
• 6. Followup activity from the recent MSS Audit findings/recommendations.
