Job Scope:

  • To handle office administrative tasks including documentation, filing correspondences, attending phone calls, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
  • To assist in inventory records and stock keeping.
  • To maintain a proper filing system and matching of documents.
  • To perform any other duties and adhoc assignments as and when required by the immediate superior or any other persons assigned by the Management.

Qualification:

  • Fresh graduates in relevant discipline are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office and UBS/CSS Accounting system will be an added advantage

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
