Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique.
  • Assist customers in selecting clothing items, accessories, and other products.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences, body types, and style.
  • Answer customers' inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster longterm relationships and repeat business.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to promote sales effectively.
  • Process transactions accurately using the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure that the boutique is visually appealing and wellorganized at all times.
  • Assist in creating attractive product displays and window arrangements to showcase merchandise.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique, including fitting rooms and common areas.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands carried by the boutique.
  • Familiarize yourself with the features, materials, and care instructions of products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars provided by the boutique to enhance your expertise.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with fellow sales associates and boutique staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback, sales performance, and operational matters.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a boutique environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

From RM1,500.00 per month
