Job Description

As a Bar Crew/Assistant, you will ensure that all customers are served as per GRID standards. Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are consistently demonstrated within all food and beverage areas.

You will serve customers food, drinks, cocktails and coffee. Take and deliver accurate drink orders and scopes as below;

  • Welcome and acknowledge all customers accordingly, in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer with appropriate etiquette.
  • Taking beverage orders and serving them to customers promptly.
  • Always respond to customer's requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Should be fully aware of the restaurant menu along with their prices
  • Take customers' beverage or food orders and input them to the pointofsale system.
  • Ensuring that the bar stations are always fully stocked, clean and tidy.
  • Should know basic cashiering procedures like handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
  • Be responsible for billing/credit card/payment and collecting customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Has experience as Kitchen & Bar Crew/Assistant
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee.
  • Pleasant appearance, wellgroomed and maintain highest standard of cleanliness.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with the customers and anticipate their needs.
  • Be courteous professional and provide efficient service.
  • Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand.
