• Job Summary:
• The Retail Crew are responsible for ensuring the delivery of friendly service excellence while maintaining store displays, generating sales and processing retail transactions
• Working Environment:
• This is an onstage position involving direct contact with Guests, Cast & Crew. Most work will be required to be performed in a purpose built retail environment generating sales, delivering friendly service and cash handling.

• To enforce and adhere to all Malaysian laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting and safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimise risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygenic environment for all Guest, Cast & Crew.
• To manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Cast & Crew or Company property.

• Open and close the store according to trained SOP's.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the Guests.

• Display stock attractively according to presentation standards.

• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Report out of date, missing or damaged stock.
• Rotate stock and monitor use by dates.
• Process stock transfers.
• Operate POS equipment according to procedure.
• Create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere by 'spruiking' retail items.
• Act with confidence in responding to Guest enquiries in a helpful manner.
• Provide memorable moments for Guests whenever possible.
