A Little Bit About the Role:

Reporting into the Senior Integrated Designer, the creative artworker supports in the creation and development of marketing materials for the law firm - this includes brochures, presentations, website graphics, other print materials and social media content.

The artworker will also work closely with the client services team to execute projects. Additionally, the artworker will support in maintaining and updating the firm's brand guidelines.

You will take artwork briefs from the client services team and the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales.

Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

What You'll be Doing:

• Undertake artwork to the client's brief and exacting standards.
• Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service.
• Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
• Complete timesheets.
• Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Take direction and feedback well, and act on them timeously.
• Look for ways to technically improve existing creative.
• Be a Brand guardian.
• Take responsibility for continued professional development.
• Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of the design team.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• Experience in creation of a wide range of artwork collateral, such as print & digital adaptations, retouching, image manipulation, packaging and POS materials.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
• You must be confident in taking and investigating briefs, raising concerns, and presenting work.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of cutter guides is required.
• POS and print knowledge.
• PPT knowledge

You'll Have:

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• An excellent portfolio of varied artworking examples.
• Languages spoken (English).

Good to have:

• Experience in the professional services of a lawyer firm.
• Multimarket experience.
