OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Create new jobs from the system and liaise with customer service

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENTS (KEY RESULT AREAS)

PERFORMANCE MEASURES / KPIS

  • RECEIVING GOODS - To create new job from system based on DO received from customer. Issue Good Receipt Advice (GRA) based on customer DO, and print warehouse handling activity.
Daily

  • COLLECTION GOODS- Create job in the system, and issue Bersatu DO according to customer collection advice.
Daily

  • STOCK CONTROL - Ensure all stock balance recorded in Bersatu warehouse system tallies with inventory balance listing & prepare month and stock report
Daily

  • CARGO DAMAGE - Any damaged cargo received must be reported to customer service / customer before acceptance
As & When

  • PHOTO
    - To ensure photos upload to the server
Daily, Morning & Evening

Daily

  • IMPORT & EXPORT SHIPMENT
    - print warehouse handling activity from system and gate pass to release container
Daily

  • To ensure the job files are filed properly
Monthly

  • Any responsibilities assigned from time to time
