Job Summary


As a Junior Solar Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

V. Document and report system performance, maintenance activities, and any identified issues to senior technicians or project managers.

VI. Follow established protocols for equipment handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure availability and efficient use of resources.

VII. Stay updated with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices related to solar energy systems.

Skills & Qualifications
I. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in solar technology is a plus.

Job Summary


The site supervisor is responsible for all aspects of solar farm installation and operations, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, review work schedules, scheduling maintenances, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians, and communicating with the management team.

In addition, the site supervisor is responsible for establishing site, adhering to the site budget, including disciplinary actions and act as role model in field environment to ensure all procedures are followed as required.


Key Responsibilities
I. Assist the Project Team Leader / Project Manager with Solar PV installations.

II. Coordinate and oversee installation and maintenance of Solar PV systems.

III. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine Solar PV installation procedures.

IV. Direct and supervise team members in installation and maintenance procedures.

V. Conduct tests and inspections to identify electrical malfunctions and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

VI. Ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently and to industry and safety standards.

VII. Help maintain testing tools in excellent condition.

Skills & Qualifications
I. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

II. Must possess valid wireman PW4 certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)

III. Willing to be fully hands-on.

IV. Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques.

V. Basic electrical understanding, ability to safely work on a ladder.

VI. Effectively coordinate and communicate with others.

VII. Teamwork - able to establish collaborative working relationship
