Admin cum Account
Salary Range:
RM2500 - RM3500 (dp on experience)
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (8:45am - 6:00pm)
Sat (8:45am-1pm)

Job scope:
- Handle full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of export, import, cross trade and trands-shipment (BL,Pre-alert, Permit, etc)
- Verifying of vendors / carriers / exporters documents
- Preparing/Issuance of customers invoices and / or co-loaders / agent debit / credit notes / SOA / Update shipment tracking report
- Filling all shipping related documents
- Backup support for colleagues that needs assistance or an leave/ medical leave
- Participate ad-hoc and Project tasked assign by management
Requirements:
- Min SPM or above
- Proficient in MS Office
- For senior position min 1-2 years of working experience in logistic industry
- Accept fresh graduate
Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
