A trainer performs any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an organization's employees.
A trainer may be involved in developing, planning, or conducting training activities.
Trainers may also be involved in implementing training activities.
Trainers may be responsible for developing training objectives, selecting training methods, and evaluating training results.
Trainers may be responsible for providing training to employees at his or her organization.
Trainer Duties:
- Develop and implement training for the staff
- Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training
- Promote team building by actively participating in staff development
- Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees
- Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
- Identify skills gaps and fill them
- Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials
- Provide training guidance and feedback to others
Requirements And Skills:
- Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
