Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Membersihkan dan menyelenggara bilik tetamu, termasuk menukar cadar, mengosok vakum, mengelap habuk, membersihkan permukaan, mengisi semula kemudahan & bahan kimia mengikut prosedur operasi piawai syarikat
- Membersihkan dan mengisi bekalan di bilik mandi dengan kelengkapan mandi dan tuala bersih
- Membantu dengan tugas dobi, termasuk membasuh, mengeringkan, dan melipat kain dan tuala apabila perlu
- Mengemas kini status bilik kepada jabatan berkaitan untuk memastikan kelancaran proses daftar masuk dan operasi
- Melakukan pembersihan mendalam atau menyeluruh untuk unit seperti yang diminta oleh pihak pengurusan
- Menghadiri & memberi respons kepada permintaan dan kebimbangan tetamu dengan cara yang tepat pada masanya dan profesional
- Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan sekuriti serta melaporkan sebarang isu penyelenggaraan atau bahaya keselamatan
- Mengekalkan sikap positif dan profesional pada setiap masa semasa mewakili perniagaan kami
