Responsibilities:

  • To supervise, monitor & inspect construction works especially in respect of specification, quality & progress;
  • To ensure construction works are in accordance with the contract, construction drawings & approved method statement, and ensure adherence to design specifications;
  • To ensure all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specification and project's inspection test plan;
  • To identify nonconformance works, issue nonconformance report (NCR) and follow up on the rectification/remedial works within stipulated period;
  • To properly maintain and update site documentation including instructions, correspondances, inspection forms, checklist, material submittals, drawings, testing records etc;
  • To regularly report to superiors and client on the progress and quality of works, especially in respect of delays, noncompliances, defectives works/materials etc;
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractor including attending progress meeting and QAQC meeting (if any); Academic Qualification & Skills:
  • Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent and above with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction environment especially in architecture/interior design related field.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient and organize with good problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Project
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred
  • Employment shall be in contract basis
  • Site Location : Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan
