Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing the importance of providing good public relations, excellent customer service and interaction all the times
  • Comply with all reasonable directions of the Company and use your best endeavours to promote and increase the interests of the Company at your designated outlets
  • Have good working ethics
  • Ensure outlet(s) targets are being met by promoting sales
  • Constantly maintain speed and consistency in beverage/food making
  • Follow all procedures in accordance to the Company's operations manual, SOP and recipe
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards all the times
  • Undertake any other special assignments, adhoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavours to fulfill and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • School leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum one (1) years' experience in a similar role, position and sound understanding of the local market
  • Applicants must possess at least SPM or Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and cheerful smile
  • Independent, selfinitiative and able to work in a team environment

Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
