Getting hands-on with the In - House software Applications.

  • Raising Bugs and tracking the resolution of the issues to closure.
  • Liaising with the Development and QA team in gathering requirements.
  • Preparing User Requirement documentation and Application Training materials.
  • Performing Handson Training with Applications users for new Application Release where applicable.
  • Handle problemsolving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills who can quickly and efficiently identify and escalate issues to the appropriate level of support.

  • Conduct software testing (mostly smoke tests, UI tests and functionality tests) on assigned modules
  • Document test cases as requested by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Good understanding in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, , React Native, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, ES6, PHP, etc.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (Java, Python, , etc.).
  • Internship duration min 6 months

Salary:
RM RM1,200.00 per month
