Accounts Responsibilities

:

  • Handle full sets of accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure that all payments are made accurately and on time.
  • Handle payroll calculations and the submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, HRD, PCB and company tax.
  • Liaise with the company's bankers, auditors, company secretary etc.
  • Finalization of accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.

Administrative Responsibilities

:

  • Assist in handling workers new joiners and leavers
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
  • Daytoday administrative works
  • Follow up on customers payment due and supplier's payments.
  • Maintain and organize important records and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with document retention and data protection policies.
  • Implement and oversee security measures to protect office facilities, data, and assets.

Qualifications

:

  • 3 years (minimum) of proven experience in accounts,
administrative roles and payroll with a track record of successful account and office management.

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    Familiarity with relevant software and accounting tools (UBS software).

  • Knowledgeable of handling ISO (added advantage).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
