As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our organization's staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our toll collection system, highway monitoring system and IT infrastructure.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring efficient operations and with mínimal disruptions.

This position requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner.

This position involves availability for after-hour support and emergency response.
