  • Participate in MRB meeting and verify Line Fall Out defect highlighted by operation.
  • Send FA sample to supplier, receive and review supplier FA report. Track return of FA samples.
  • Issue and review SCAR, provide feedback during GYAT on actions taken with suppliers. Coordinate with internal team
for component evaluation, verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

  • Compile focus supplier DPPM performance report.
  • Preparation and monthly/weekly meeting with focus suppliers, review quality data and improvement actions.
  • Conducts supplier audit and First Article Inspection Report approval.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
2. 5 years of quality management experience in Contract Manufacturing of PCB & Box Build Assemblies

  • Experience in managing quality personal and quality controls implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Must possess the urge to strive for excellence
  • Strong Oral/Written and interpersonal communication and leadership skills is required
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office and able to work on odd hours (when required)
