Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.

Responsible of working closely with team and immediate superior on complaints and unresolved issues and reporting to head of building or management

Responsible of conducting Daily Routine Surveillance and reporting of abnormalities of the main system functions

Responsible of implementing Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) as per client's requirement

To perform other facilities inspections, repairing, maintenance and other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
