Responsibilities:

Office Management: Handle daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

E-commerce Backend Management: Update product listings, manage inventory, and process orders through our e-commerce platform.

Data Entry: Maintain and update records accurately.

Support Tasks: Assist with organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and product stock levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic backend operations.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
