SS24/11 Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya (Walking distance from Taman Bahagia LRT Station - 7 minutes)
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently handle phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with patient registration and update personal information
- Coordinate with dental staff for seamless patient flow
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality
- Handle payment transactions and offer billing support
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work from
Tuesday to Sunday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Salary:
- The monthly salary for this position ranges from
RM2500 to RM3500, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
