Administration of IT infrastructure including Hyper-V Host Servers, VM Servers, FortiGate Firewall, network switches, NAS storage, Internet routers, etc.

  • Administration of Active Directory users, Microsoft 365 users and license usage, local File Server and SharePoint shared folders.
  • Handling daily IT tasks:
a) Monitoring Severs' daily and monthly backup jobs.

b) Monitoring Firewall site-by-site VPN connection among companies.

c) Helpdesk support on IT hardware including desktop PC, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.

  • Handling renewal of domain hosting / website hosting / Firewall license / Antivirus license, etc.
  • Application support on AutoCount Accounting software.
  • User ID / access right maintenance
  • Ordering integration issue
  • First level support on software issue. Report to vendor for further troubleshooting when necessary
  • Liaise with other branch's IT staffs on IT matter when necessary.

Salary:
RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
