Assist the HR Manager in his daily HR activities.

  • Responsible for salary computation of all employees and preparing the monthly payroll report to Accounts.
  • Ensure that statutory deductions are made and submitted to the relevant departments on time so as to avoid any penalties.
  • Expatriates employment pass / dependent pass and its related matters.
  • Maintaining and filing the personnel records on time and accurately and all other documents of the department.
  • Ensure that the facilities such as the toilets, canteen, lobby area, meeting rooms and the surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain and record issuance of stationary and uniforms and ensure their availability.
  • Assist in counselling employees.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or relevant qualification
  • Able to write and speak English and Malay
  • Able to use Microsoft Office System.
  • Able to communicate with all levels effectively.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess relevant knowledge in QMS/EMS scope and responsibilities.
  • Knowledgeable in QMS/EMS related to managers responsibilities and authorities.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- human resources: 1 year (preferred)
