JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
  • Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
  • Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
  • Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their selfesteem.
  • Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
  • Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
  • Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
  • Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
  • Monitoring free time on the playground.
  • Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
  • Communicating with parents to better understand the children's home lives and psyches.
  • Writing up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.

Job Requirement:

  • Applicant must possess at least Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Applicant must at least have 3 years & above experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • Applicant must be able to make wise & critical decision
  • Applicant must be patient, loving and caring towards children
  • Applicant has good command in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Applicant must be able to plan and conduct activities, classes according to age group / mile stones
  • Willingness to learn & a team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
