As a CE/CRM consultant, you will:

  • Cover all aspects of consulting
  • including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 201
  • Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Perform fitgap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements that are aligned to business objectives and gain full understanding of current and future state business processes.
  • Document 'asis' and 'tobe' within accurate and detailed scoping documents
  • Liaise with developers and clients act as a point of communication
  • Be responsible for Quality Assurance & Documentation

The requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft CRM
  • Over 3 years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/201
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/36
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
