Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field as a PIC is required for this position
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly motivated with good insight of customer services
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work accordingly to retail hour, on weekend as well as on public holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Being the second PIC, supporting Store Manager on staffing, reporting and inventory matters
  • To assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales operations and achieving the sales target
  • To provide excellent customer service to customers and attend to customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Maintain instore merchandising/product presentation
  • Coordinate sufficient stock level

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
