Monitor company's cash flow position and prepare cash flow projection reports.
- _To maintain consistent healthy cash flow at 12 months out of 12 months._

Search new banking facilities for business expansion.
- _To do research on the additional banking facilities that fit for the company._
- _To deal with bankers for successful banking facilities._

Assist in setting up the company in China/Philippines/Vietnam.
- _To travel to China/_ _Philippines/Vietnam for accounting & payroll purposes._
- _To supervise the finance staff and also to monitor accounting & payroll records kept in China/_ _Philippines/Vietnam._

Prepare full sets of accounts which include preparation of journal entries and accounts reconciliation.
- _SMX Global: To close 1st draft accounts before 28 February for bonus payout purposes._
- _SMX Global: To close final accounts before 31 May for audit purposes._
- _SMX Brands & SMX Realty: To ensure subordinates close final accounts before 31 March for audit purposes._

Prepare monthly management reports with supporting schedules, analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- _SMX Global: To submit monthly reports before or on 10th of next month._
- _SMX Global: To analyze the reports, highlight any cost issues and suggest improvement plan._

Review monthly project analysis reports and prepare any other financial analysis reports.
- _SMX Global: To submit monthly reports before or on 12th of next month._
- _SMX Global: To analyze the reports, highlight any cost issues and suggest improvement plan._
- _SMX Global: To perform monthly financial and ratio analysis and commentary._

Supervise and monitor junior staff in day-to-day operations which include verification of their daily tasks and provide guidance whenever necessary.
- _To make sure all the juniors are carried out the work efficiently and effectively._
- _To verify all the work done by the juniors._
- _To guide the juniors from time to time._

Act as the co-driver of department KPI and act on behalf of Head of Department during her absence of duty.
- _To make sure all the team members are moving towards the company goals, department KPI and also individual KPI._
- _To present monthly department KPI to the management._

Assist in establishing, enforcing, updating and improving departmental SOP, systems and processes to ensure compliance are adhered at all times.
- _To constantly review and improve financial practices, procedures, processes and policies._
- _To enhance ERP work processes to improve the operation efficiency of the department._

Responsible in statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
- _To submit the final management accounts for audit before the dateline._
-
Ensure accurate transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system.

Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other relevant professional authorities to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis.

Performs other ad hoc accounting assignments as assigned.

Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
