RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Manager in staff payroll processing by providing relevant data (Attendance, Leaves, absences, commission, and allowance).
  • To prepare monthly statutory statements for the government. KWSP, Socso, CP39, EIS, HRDF
  • Assist Manager to manage staff benefits processing (attendance, leave management record, etc) and assist in the organization and execution of employee welfare activities.
  • Assist Manager to manage the medical benefits such as inpatient and outpatient matters including claims, liaise with insurance agents and Third Party Administration (TPA).
  • Ensuring accurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information in hard copy (P-File) and digital format (eFolder).
  • Handling HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, prepare HR related letters, group insurance enrolments and deletions, etc.
  • To undertake other adhoc task/projects pertaining to human resource functions as and when required.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management
  • Ability to multitask, peopleoriented or have good communication soft skill
  • Proficiency in monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee records
  • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detailoriented
  • Able to start immediately

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
