Key Accountabilities:

  • IT General and Support
  • Set permission for user to print on SafeQ Konica Server
  • Reset Windows AD password
  • Format and setup laptop/computer
  • Setup new printer
  • Troubleshoot network printer
  • Solving software and hardware issues
  • Novatek QMS/ LIMS/ EM user management and support
  • Water Empower System user management
  • SafeQ Konica Minolta print server user management
  • Update user list
  • Receive requests for assistance from endusers
  • Manage requests efficiently and prioritize based on the level of urgency
  • Explain technical issues to endusers in a clear and concise manner
  • Network
  • Troubleshooting L1 network issue
  • Provide L1 support to CCTV issues
  • Setup IP for hardware and production machinery
  • System User Management
  • Novatek QMS
  • Novatek Stability
  • Novatek EM
  • Empower Water System
  • Documentation
  • Knowledge Base
  • User Guide
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)

Qualification:

  • IT related skills certification is an advantage.
  • Experienced in IT support of hardware, software, and network.
  • Basic/intermediate in Microsoft Office.

Employment Type:

  • Full time position
  • 5 days workweek (Mon Fri)
  • 8.00am 5.30pm

Salary:
RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
