Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daytoday administrative operations and related activities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support to the medical and sales teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor and assess administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process, organize, and maintain necessary documentation, files, and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcarerelated field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:
Up to RM10,000.00 per month
