Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
  • Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding and budget allocation.
  • Control and manages endtoend financial processes in support of the
account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and
balance sheet reconciliation.

  • To assist in various matters related to financial and management reporting,
yearly audit, tax returns, submission of SST, credit controls and banking
matters.

  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the
accounting system.

  • Assist in others task and ad hoc task as may be required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional
accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a
manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with Autocount Systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and
accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills in both Bahasa English, Bahasa Malayu, and
Bahasa Mandarin, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of
financial information.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
