Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Promote products/services with clear knowledge and references, and respond to customer queries over the phone.
  • Advise customers and close sales using various payment methods to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to team efforts and work with the guidance of the Team Leader to achieve sales and service goals.
  • 12month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent).
  • Relevant work experience in Telesales.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Excellent telephone skills and courteous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
