Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide firstline technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Asset Management:
Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in providing IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Preferable Mandarin Speaking.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
