We are looking for SAP HCM Consultant for our prestigious client in the agricultural industry. This is an on-site position based in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP HCM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.) to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Develop and maintain organizational structures, personnel data, and other HCM components.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM modules.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP best practices to enhance HR operations.
  • Implement and optimize HR processes using SAP HCM solutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and HR staff.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP HCM configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Work closely with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on SAP HCM functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Local Malaysian based in Malaysia.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in SAP HCM.
  • Prior experience in SAP ERP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Cantonese or Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
