Job Description:

The primary role of the TS Implementation Engineer (L2) is to ensure prompt resolution of client solution requirements in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). This involves carrying out configurations, executing installations, and addressing break/fix situations. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning substantial portions of an installation, handling break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity.
  • Taking charge of problem resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Addressing escalated client requests and resolving client applications to a first-line resolution.
  • Elevating complex issues to the appropriate third parties.
  • Assisting in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes.
  • Compiling and managing project administration.
  • Delivering basic presentations within the customer's organization.
  • Might be required to undertake periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, offering second-line telephonic assistance to customers.
  • Expected to take responsibility for pertinent technologies based on domain or specialization.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
    • Basic comprehension and acknowledgment of technical design and business principles
    • Illustrating fundamental project management and administrative capabilities
    • Exhibiting customer engagement skills
    • Demonstrating relevant domain-specific knowledge
    • Effective verbal communication aptitude
    • Focused on clients and showing a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Capable of performing under pressure
    • Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Computer Science/Information Technology Degree or equivalent with specialized training in new technologies, legacy systems, or equivalent. Required Experience:
    • Basic experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar position
    • Engagement with clients and presentation delivery experience
    • Fundamental project administration and documentation background
