RESPONIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities of any given instruction in orderly manner towards all aspects of Purchasing
  • Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures.
  • Source for quotation, negotiate prices, prepare purchase order, monitor deliveries updates outstanding report and close purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties.
  • Create, coordinate and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Timely review, monitor, prepare and performdatabase maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.
  • Issue an invoice, delivery order and quotation
  • To work and coordinate with other Department in team effort i.e., teamwork with regards to productivity, safety and quality.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Preferable with minimum 1 years of working experience in Purchasing or Procurement field.
