RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and monitors the company's expenses, including invoice approval and payment processing.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • To ensure the efficiency of daytoday operation of overall accounting and finance functions.
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Support Company annual audit, tax, inventory & other events.
  • To carry out any other responsibilities / adhoc assignments as directed from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and above in account & finance field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and integrated computerized accounting system is an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
