Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders and clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing efficient and costeffective solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and document detailed solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business needs, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Define and document system specifications, including functional and nonfunctional requirements, system interfaces, data flows, and user interfaces.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate the potential impact and risks of proposed solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Telco software systems, working closely with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of Telco systems.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into solution designs and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and executive leadership, to ensure successful delivery of projects and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Business Analyst cum Solution Architect, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of solution architecture principles, as well as software development methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive attitude, able to work independently and in team environments, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, while delivering highquality work within established timelines.
  • Relevant certifications and technical skills would be an advantage (e.g., TOGAF, CCNA, PMP, agile methodologies, etc.).
